  • I bring over 17 years of global Human Resources experience, with a career that spans luxury hospitality at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, a major real estate corporation, and HR consulting for both local and international clients.

    I’m a proud member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Alberta, Canada.

  • Throughout my career, I’ve led HR transformations, built agile teams, and helped shape inclusive, people-centered workplaces. My expertise covers the full HR lifecycle, from strategy to implementation, always with a focus on driving business growth and empowering people to thrive.

  • As an HR Consultant, I love that no two days are ever the same. Each day brings a new opportunity to make a difference. Working across cultures, building meaningful relationships, and offering genuine support are what keep me inspired and grounded in my purpose at Kristallis.

  • When I’m not developing HR strategies or policies, you’ll find me scuba diving or being a proud furmom to my five dogs. I often say HR is a lot like diving. You learn to anticipate the currents, stay calm under pressure, and adapt when the waves hit unexpectedly.
